I know first-hand what it feels like to step up into a leadership role and wonder if you’ve made a terrible mistake.​  When I was new to leadership, I had the ambition but not the self-belief. I didn't thrive the way I could have, I didn't reach my potential, and I felt alone.

In the end, I stepped away to pursue my passion for coaching.  But this experience stayed with me and led me to where I am now; on a mission to support leaders who feel exactly as I did back then.

My qualifications include a degree in Psychology, CIPD, an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, ICF accreditation, and Dare to Lead training. But what shapes this work just as much is the years I spent as an HR Business Partner supporting leaders through this transition, and my own experience of how hard it can be.

When I'm not coaching I enjoy walking or running with our dog 'Willow', weightlifting, Pilates, dancing, baking and meeting up with friends and a coffee!
