ABOUT ME

I’ve always been fascinated by how people think and behave (hence my degree in Psychology and career in Human Resources).  I first experienced coaching when on a graduate programme and as well as finding this transformational, it sparked a desire within me to one day be a coach myself.  Further on in my career I started to question my purpose and was struggling to overcome an obstacle that was holding me back from progressing further.  This, along with my values of connection, purpose and helping others, inspired me to eventually make the jump and follow my dream to be a coach.

I completed a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF and a Certified Practitioner with the EMCC.  My path into coaching has taken me on my own personal journey of self-awareness and reflection and helped me to understand myself better.  It also shone a light on what had been limiting me in my career and how I could have overcome this more effortlessly and authentically.

I continue to dedicate time to learning more by delving further into topics that particularly interest me.  I'm a big fan of Brene Brown and recently became 'Dare to Lead' trained.  I have also enjoyed being able to give something back to the community by volunteer coaching for the NHS during the COVID pandemic.

When I'm not coaching I'm happiest on long walks with my husband, three children and our four legged friend, spinning (sort of), doing Pilates, baking and meeting up with friends!
